Bangor-based Cross Insurance has acquired another Massachusetts firm, the Thomas Gregory Associates Insurance Agency, the Maine company announced Thursday.
In March, Cross acquired Mazonson Insurance in Wakefield, Mass. to form Cross Insurance Wakefield. Thomas Gregory is also based in Wakefield, and the business will be added to Cross Insurance Wakefield. With the acquisition, Cross will have more than 50 employees in their Wakefield office.
