The rules need to be revised to correct typographical errors and update references and to address several issues which have become obvious through experience gained from applying current rules. These rule changes will facilitate the permitting process by clarifying the application of the Commission’s rules in certain circumstances.
The proposed rule revision is posted on the Commission’s website at http://www.maine.gov/doc/lurc
